About Me...Rhu Bruce Lockhart

Our family has lived in or around Holt for 54 years.  After St Andrews University I spent over 30 years as a Tour Director escorting non-Europeans around Europe on the Grand Tour.

We live in barns that we converted some 20 years ago in Thornage, and in 1994 we began the development of Appleyard, which was eventually completed in 2005.

My current responsibilities include representing the Town Council on the Holt Chamber of Commerce, Chairing the Holt Planning Group and organising the Holt Festival.
