About Me...Bryan Payne

An electrical engineer, I have lived all my life in Holt and my family goes back many generations in the town.  I have been actively involved in the town, having been Chairman of the Chamber of Trade, Round Table, 41 Club, Holt Carnival, Holt Sports Association (the body that did the initial work for the Kelling Road Sports Centre and a School Governor at Holt Primary School.

I am the current Chairman of the Council.  This is my third term as a Town Councillor, having served two terms in the progressive council on the 1970's.
